Totally Non professional and arrogant lady. Because of her bad service we decided to change our broker and then she started contacting our builder and realtor and was inquiring about us and asking for our private information . Deliberately she tries to waste your time and will ask the same documents again and again. Doesn’t care about your privacy. The customer has all the right to change the broker if the service provided is not satisfactory then what is the point for a broker to call other people and try to take their information?? Will never recommended this lady to anyone. She only knows how to waste someone’s time in unnecessary things instead of focusing on work. We changed our broker and were approved in 10 days with the same documents for which she took two months.
