My family and I had the pleasure of working with Gurbinder to purchase our first home. I cannot stress enough how patient and kind Gurbinder with us. We had a lot of questions, looked at a lot of houses, and had a tough profile to work with. Gurbinder there to answer all our questions, offer up advice and if he didn’t know he was on top of reaching out to his team to figure it out. He took everything in stride and was well prepared to manage everything that came our way to include bidding wars, a seller backing out, and necessary housing repairs to make it to the closing table.
