I worked with Bavneet to secure a mortgage loan. Initially, I was told I’d receive a competitive interest rate and timely updates throughout the process. However, as we approached the closing date, I discovered that the rate was higher than expected and had not been disclosed earlier, leaving me with no time to explore other options.
Communication was inconsistent, and important details were withheld until the last moment, creating unnecessary stress and financial uncertainty.
I urge others to be cautious and ensure they get everything in writing when working with this agent. Transparency and honesty are crucial in such transactions, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here.
