Mortgage Alliance Dominates Brokerage Industry
As forecast, Mortgage Alliance was #1 for April with over $1.8 billion in mortgage submissions.
April was indeed a great month for Canada’s largest Mortgage broker company and its mortgage professionals – a remarkable feat of strength given current economic conditions and a stagnant real estate market.
- This spring, Mortgage Alliance launched the largest brand campaign in Canadian mortgage brokerage history reaching over 50% of the population between the ages of 25-54 years of age with it’s radio messages.
- The campaign generated over 2,000,000 hits to the Mortgage Alliance web-site with thousands of consumers who ended searching for their local Mortgage Alliance professional.
In addition, the Mortgage Alliance head office distributed a sac-full of referrals to it’s agents from consumers who contacted the company directly for– an interesting circumstance since the company did not even feature it’s phone number on any of the radio advertising.
As Derek Lacey (an independent Mortgage Alliance Professional) stated, “I think we (Mortgage Alliance) are probably the only company who are aggressively and intelligently speaking to consumers and offering them a preferable alternative to home financing through our product differentiation and lender relationships.” “I have never seen such an overwhelming response to a brand campaign and especially during these times – the Mortgage Alliance radio messages really captured the attention of consumers!”
April also saw Mortgage Alliance launch not one but TWO New mortgage products exclusive to its network of mortgage Professionals – The Smart Mortgage™ and socially conscious Habitat Mortgage™. Both products have already demonstrated “better-than-predicted” sales results in a short 40 day period.

If that wasn’t enough, the company launched a revolutionary new web-channel named MAC-TV which communicates to its network of more than 1,800 mortgage professionals across the country on a weekly basis – and is now being targeted directly to consumers.
