My husband and I had a very frustrating experience with Tina Trama-Mayol as our mortgage broker. Her customer service was severely poor. I often felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued client. Communication was inconsistent, and when I reached out with questions, her responses were often vague and unhelpful. Tina's unprofessionalism was another major issue. She frequently made condescending remarks that felt judgmental, leaving me feeling belittled rather than supported. Her arrogance was apparent, and it was clear she lacked the empathy needed in such a sensitive financial process. Instead of providing guidance, she often seemed more interested in asserting her superiority. This created a toxic environment where I felt uncomfortable discussing my needs and concerns. She also just dropped myself and my husband while renewing our mortgage and we’re about to close our mortgage and got a deal. Overall, we do not recommend Tina Trama-Mayol. There are plenty of mortgage brokers who prioritize professionalism and client satisfaction, and I urge anyone seeking these services to look elsewhere. Our experience was disappointing, and I hope others can avoid similar frustrations.
