Thank you so much to my buddy Paula and the support team. The father of my very first client was dead against dealing with a mortgage broker and the mother took her daughter to their bank that they had been dealing with for 20 years to see if what their bank could offer would be better than what mine was as a Mortgage Alliance Broker! Hey I wanted to tell you I panicked. Within 2 hours after the mother and the daughter got out of their bank and I got off the phone with Paula we clinched that deal. The support team helped me find the right product at the best rate for this client and I got them signed with a Mortgage Protection Plan to boot. This is a deal I couldn’t have done without the Mortgage Alliance team. Linda here in BC invited me to her own home to complete the paperwork to get paid and finalize the deal. Having come from a super broker that doesn’t offer this kind of service, it took me some time to warm up to the idea of having someone else handle my deals. Now I don’t think I would have it any other way. To be able to deal with the same few people on every deal regardless of the lender is great. They have also saved a few of my deals by offering suggestions on how to best package a deal. Definitely the best $100 I ever spent as a broker.
